1 Who We Are
Booked Service is a software platform for booking and appointment management, designed for beauty salons, spas, and similar service businesses.

By using the Booked Service platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service in their entirety.
2 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Booked Service platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to register.
3 Service Description
Booked Service provides the following key features:
- Online appointment booking system via QR code or direct link
- Dashboard for managing your business, staff, and appointments
- Staff availability and working hours management
- Automated email notifications for clients and staff
- Google Calendar integration
- PWA application — installable without the App Store
- Statistics and calendar occupancy overview
Booked Service is a SaaS platform. We are not responsible for the services your business provides to end clients — we provide only the technological infrastructure for scheduling.
4 Plans & Payment

Payment Terms
- Payment is made in advance, monthly, by credit or debit card.
- The payment processor is Paddle.com, acting as the Merchant of Record on your behalf.
- All payments are in EUR (€). Your local bank may charge a currency conversion fee.
- An invoice is automatically sent to your registered email address after each payment.
- A failed payment results in a 7-day grace period before account suspension.
Taxes & VAT
Paddle automatically calculates and remits VAT based on your location. EU users with an active VAT number may apply the reverse-charge mechanism.
5 Cancellation & Refunds
Cancelling Your Subscription
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, with no penalty.
- After cancellation, access remains fully active until the end of the current paid period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an already-paid period.
- After the subscription expires, the account becomes inactive — your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
Refund Policy
- A full refund is available within the first 30 days of your initial subscription.
- After 30 days from the first payment, no refunds are issued for any reason.
- Refunds do not apply to subscription renewals (subsequent billing cycles).
- To request a refund, contact us at: support@bookedservice.online — we respond within 3 business days.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of abuse and may terminate such accounts.
6 Accounts & Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password and login credentials confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- The accuracy of the business and staff data you enter
- Informing your staff about how to use the system
Staff members log in via Google OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for ensuring that the Gmail addresses you enter genuinely correspond to your employees or contractors.
7 Acceptable Use
You may not use the Platform for:
- Activities that are unlawful in your country of residence or under applicable international law
- Entering false information about your business, services, or prices
- Attempting unauthorised access to Booked Service systems
- Automated data collection (scraping) without written permission
- Distributing malicious software via our infrastructure
- Misleading clients regarding services or appointments
Violations may result in immediate account termination without the right to a refund.
8 Intellectual Property
Our property: The Platform, code, design, logo, and all documentation are the exclusive property of Booked Service. Reproduction or modification without written consent is not permitted.
Your property: Data you enter (business, staff, appointments) remains your property. We use it solely to provide the service.
Licence: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for your business purposes.
9 Limitation of Liability
- The Platform is provided "as is" — we strive for high availability but do not guarantee it.
- We are not liable for lost revenue or business damages resulting from temporary unavailability.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
- We are not responsible for the content or services your business provides to end clients.
We perform regular encrypted backups, but we recommend that you also periodically export important data from the dashboard as an additional safeguard.
10 Changes to Terms
We will notify you of material changes via:
- An email to your registered address, at least 14 days before the changes take effect
- A notification in the dashboard upon your next login
Continued use of the Platform after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription without penalty within 30 days of notification.
