Frequently asked questions

Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your Booked Service dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and you are billed pro-rata.
What happens when my trial ends?
After the 14-day trial you choose a plan and enter payment. If you don't, your account is paused — no charges, no data loss.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
Never. You pay a flat monthly fee and keep 100% of your revenue. There are zero per-booking fees or commissions.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months.
How does the annual discount work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12. That's a 17% saving compared to monthly billing. Billed as one payment at the start of each year.
